Hi everyone,

A bit of advice needed please, I joined up to Riverbelle the end of last week and haven't had a welcome email or anything just wondered if I was meant to or not. Just worried in case I have to send confirmation email to Pigsback to get the points and not being able to.

The only thing I have is an email from them saying sorry you couldn't add funds (their bank apparently doesn't support Opera) although I have done now. Do you think if needs must that would be enough for the piggies to give me my points.

I know I might be jumping the gun a bit but you know what they're like

Got my 140 Opinion World points added manually today after forwarding the confimation email (and emailing PB 3 times!!)

Can anybody help me here, does this mean if i log into my zubka and email 5 friends to sign up...then they sign up, i will recieve 600 points in total. 100 each for my friends and my 100 for signing up?

It says I have already entered the Zubka 10pp quiz but I haven't - I was away last week. Checked my piggybank and there is definitely no 10pp in there. Drat.

exactly the same here.
but hopefully if enough of us email them when we haven`t received the piggypoints they may sit up and take note......in our dreams..lol.
i had email from riverbelle the day i joined to say i qualified for the free trial so hopefully that will be enough.
but to be honest i am getting fed up with pigsback, having to chase up points and prove to them that we have joined various things.
i never have this problem with greasypalm or quidco as they automatically track.
