I joined the Pigsback a while ago, and noticed that it says in the Terms & Conditions: "Pigsback.com Programme is for the use of residents of Ireland and the United Kingdom. Residents of other countries may be able to register on the Pigsback.com Programme, but may not be able to participate fully as a non Ireland or non UK resident". Well, I thought that maybe some offers may be for UK residents only, and started collecting points although I'm Finnish.

Well, now I tried to order one of Boots' vouchers, and couldnt do it. Send E-mail to them, and they said, that I can't have the rewards at all...
    Nice, isn't it....

I think most people registered from other countries usually order rewards that are redeemed online, and dont need to be posted, like the CD WOW vouchers

I contacted Pigsback yesterday as I ordered my reward on the 8th October. They sent me this:

"Thanks for your email. Your reward was processed on the 10/10/07 and sent within 3 working days. All mail sent from Pigsback.com is stamped with our return address; which means if any post is not delivered, Royal Mail will generally return it to us within 3/4weeks. To date we have not received any mail which was sent to you, back from Royal Mail. I would recommend that you contact your local post office/collection point to enquire after your reward(s)."

If I call my local post office im sure they will say they havent got it.....obviously if they had it then it would have been delivered to me so it seems like a waste of time harrasing the local post office. Its all v. annoying as they say it was dispatched to me 3 days after the 10th Oct but its now 7th Nov so im starting to think my chances of receiving the voucher are now v. remote :-(

Thats the exact same e-mail as i received back today, and i ordered £20 in vouchers on the 1st October.
May - Sex and the City tickets. June - £5 spar voucher, July - Sally Hansen nail shine & miracle set, mccains garden games, August - ERB Spa goody bag worth over £100

has any of the other runners up from last week had their points yet.?

Mine were there on the 26th (Friday) - it's because the points were added that I knew I was a runner up. This week no sign of the points yet.
:T*Thanks to all who posts comps * :j

Thanks, I've added it in to the quizzes post.

It still says I've already answered this question. How strange, we had this before when people couldn't answer questions

    Hi Jules,

Mine said the same thing about entering already, but I know I haven't because I do them all in order.

I don't mind if it's saying I've entered and it's automatically entered me for that day :rotfl: , but if we're not even getting the chance to enter it's not so good!

Thanks for all the answers! You do a great job keeping them all updated and save us all a lot of time! :T
