Thanks for your email. I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received your Reward
yet. Please confirm your full postal address and I'll look into this for you.
I ordered on the 6th October, and I also got a similar email from Karl asking for my postal address.

I contacted Pigsback yesterday as I ordered my reward on the 8th October. They sent me this:
"Thanks for your email. Your reward was processed on the 10/10/07 and sent within 3 working days. All mail sent from Pigsback.com is stamped with our return address; which means if any post is not delivered, Royal Mail will generally return it to us within 3/4weeks. To date we have not received any mail which was sent to you, back from Royal Mail. I would recommend that you contact your local post office/collection point to enquire after your reward(s)."
If I call my local post office im sure they will say they havent got it.....obviously if they had it then it would have been delivered to me so it seems like a waste of time harrasing the local post office. Its all v. annoying as they say it was dispatched to me 3 days after the 10th Oct but its now 7th Nov so im starting to think my chances of receiving the voucher are now v. remote :-(0 -
If you can prove something was posted but have not received it after 15 working days you can complete a form and a search is made. I am having to do this with an e-bay parcel, but I am sure the same applies to PB.I can cook and sew, make flowers grow.0

A lot of vouchers still missing from October still I had £20 Boots ordered on the 4th and no signs yet either, gonna have to go through the old complaints fiasco now:mad:
I think PB should charge 1050 for each voucher and send them recorded delivery, that way we have some comeback at least:rolleyes:I am trying, honest;) very trying according to my dear OH:rotfl:0 -
I alsorrequested vouchers on about 6/10/07 but stupidly hadn't completed my postal address. i replied to Pigsback with it and they sorted it out in about a week.0

Yes I agree, it would make much more sense if they charged us all a bit more to send the vouchers recorded delivery, atleast that way it would be easier to trace etc. Guess I will just wait a bit longer and will then fill in a form and see if the post office can trace what happened to it.0 -
Just contacted PB on the subject of my vouchers I await standard reply
PS Thanks for the crossword and Quizzes Jules as alwaysI am trying, honest;) very trying according to my dear OH:rotfl:0 -
My brother's first ever voucher had to be chased, despite them saying it had been posted, turns out they did not have the full postal address, after 6 weeks of chasing they finally sent it.
But guess what?
His second voucher (ordered beginning September) has not arrived either, this time they ahve the postal address and the strikes are way over now, the trouble is it takes so long to get enough for a voucher and it is really frustrating when they do not arrive!Real men never follow instructions; after all they are just the manufacturer's opinion on how to put something together.0
