2xCounty Court PCN for parking contraventions

I've amended my Defence as I didn't feel it was robust enough and will be sending out shortly via email:

3. The facts are that the vehicle, registration xxxx, of which the Defendant is the registered keeper and main driver, appears from the sparse evidence supplied by this Claimant, was detected and recorded by Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) entering and exiting the car park at xxxx.

3.1. No evidence has been provided of the vehicle being parked on site on xxxx. The Defendant drives through this site and adjacent road multiple times per week as the only roads available at present have been overly congested due to road works for the past year. Furthermore, the Defendant usually parks at their employees' car park near by as parking is available before the busier period at 07h30am and onwards.

We do not mean your defence.

You have read the NEWBIES thread and know what happens when, and we really hope you read your court letter properly which gives more than just a Court date for you to action?

Sorry of we are wrong but when people go away for months then rock up here again days before their hearing, not mentioning their WS and evidence, it rarely ends well.
