They just say to others that you're probably a football fan - and having mis-matched ones says you can't be bothered to decide which team you support.

If you mean that your gene pool is restricted just to the UK, then how far back down your family tree have you gone...? Because I bet you're in for a big surprise if ever you do...0 -
Well, your family's going to die out fairly quickly, then, if there's not been any new additions to it in the last 45 years.

Umm, you do know that neither "ENG" nor "CYM" badges on plates actually mean anything functional, in terms of acting as a national identifier instead of the blue/stars/GB one?

Of course I know they have no legal function. I bought a new car late last year and wanted it to be slightly different, and to show my contempt for the EU."There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock0 -

Unless sanity suddenly prevails.
You mean IF the politicians break every promise they made to the electorate before and during the referendum!"There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock0 -
You mean all those promises about how "leave with no deal" was utterly impossible, and never going to happen, so don't worry your pretty heads about it?0
