I’m being crazy but £10,000 please. A family member has a debt of £25k to pay off this year or their house gets sold from from under them so even if I fail the £10k, it’ll be some sort of a dent 😇

    Posting more. :D

Today set up a spreadsheet with my target split into 100 squares of 10%of the figure. Then I colour in each 10% paid off. What can I say - I like colouring in and find it makes me squeeze a few money pennies off my debt.:D

Todays other top tip, don't spend unless you really need it.:rotfl:

Working how much I can afford to pay off this month, don't want to go out this month it's cold. Walking allowed it's free and taking drinks with me.

Meal planning, my freezer is full so no dashing into shops and spending odd £10 here and there - it adds up. Will go once a week, bread, milk, fruit, veg. top up.

Going to have a look at my direct debits - not sure anything I can cut back on there. :)

Happy Friday folks, any money saving tips welcome:j

Hi Calling14 , thank you for your marketing input :D
I'm thinking about selling my car. I live in semi-rural area and second car is very useful, but expensive to run , I keep taking my cars to garage, as something is not right and can't afford buying a new one. Public transport is not great, but there's some. DH starts job very early and finishes at luch time, so I could use his car then. It'd saved us money. But having two car has advantages.

I'm trying to aim for more NSDs throughout the 100 days. Also as I have moved back in with my mum I should be able to make some larger payments towards my debt over the next few months. I want to be more mindful of how I spend the money I already earn as opposed to finding additional sources of income.
