Common to all suppliers who provide WHD as far as I can gather warm home discount is paid when a bill is produced. Those who are billed monthly get it earliest whereas those quarterly billed customers who are for example billed in December and March get it in December or March.

I manage energy for an elderly relative and she received her WHD from Scottish Power in Early November. That happened because meter readings were submitted and a bill was produced (hint).

Remember that those on Guaranteed Pension credit usually get paid first. Then everyone else up till the end of March.

Just logged into my British Gas account & warm home discount was credited yesterday.
