    You certainly shouldn't have to make part of your driveway available for shared access just because someone parks their car blocking their access. imagine it was a "normal" driveway in front of a house, if some twit decides to block the driveway, the neighbour doesn't provide access over their own driveway.

    Just because someone has been sprinkling gravel a bit too liberally, it doesn't take away rights that would be obvious if some more defining barriers were visible.

    The plan is the only thing that's authoritative. Your solicitor should have invited you to go over the plan with him, during the conveyancing, to ensure that what you were actually buying is what you thought you were buying. Likewise for your neighbour and their solicitor.

    Comparing the aerial, the map, and the two photos does look as if somebody's been VERY cheeky and annexed the lane. If that's really so, then the Corsa's parking is the least of your problems... But I'd say that the Corsa is probably parked roughly on the road, outside the red-bounded area, and the green parking space is behind it.
