Capital One Letter

I have been refused for capital one 3 months ago and since then every month they send me letter to apply it again and i really don't want to apply because i know they will turn me down as their criteria is bit different.

Has any one experienced the same.

The letter that they send is probably just a random mailing list that you are on. If you look at the Capital One website it says if you have applied in the last 6 months they will automatically decline you.
