Received NCP PCN as keeper of the vehicle not driver

Received NTK as the keeper of the vehicle not the driver at NCP at a station

I have tried to determine whether it is railway land or not but I am struggling.

I have received the notice to keeper.

Thanks in advance

chances are that it IS railway land and bylaws apply

so edit your post above and remove any hint of who was driving

then use the blue text template from the NEWBIES thread and appeal as KEEPER , because a keeper isnt liable due to the land being NETWORK RAIL and bylaws apply, meaning only the TOC can take you to MAGISTRATES court

read the INDIGO railway threads to see why, as its complicated

so to recap, the driver may well be responsible, but a keeper isnt, so appeal as keeper (no blabbing)

Posting a question in here then bogging off the second you have clicked "Submit Reply" does not help us to help you.

You have made "schoolboy errors" by revealing the identity of the driver which you need to edit out as soon as you log back on, including the title. To do this, click "Go Advanced" once you have clicked "edit."

Only ever refer to The Driver and The Keeper, who are two different people. ;)

Parking scammers read these fora and have been known to use posts from here to the detriment of the poster at appeal stage and in court.

If the OP can't be bothered to look in despite more than 24 hours passing by since opening the thread, then I'm sure he/she won't be surprised to see that a reciprocal forum stance is also adopted.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I am not sure that I approve of this censorious attitude. The OP may well be on virgin and subject to outages.

Ah, I see now. (I misread your second sentence, The Deep)
