Query about renewing or getting a EHIC

I have recently moved to a new address and need to renew my expired EHIC card urgently as am taking a trip to Europe very shortly. Trying to do it online and it’s asking me for my National Insurance number or NHS number.
I haven’t had time to register with a new GP at my new address, or notify National Insurance people of my new address either. So will it matter that the address I give on my EHIC application does not match the address they will have on file for me for either my NHS or National Insurance number?
(If they need to check anything else like credit reference agencies or electoral roll, that should be fine as have notified those of change of address).
Have any other UK citizens (resident in the UK) ever had a problem getting an EHIC and needed to supply further documentation? (I have read that non-EU citizens in the UK have to send in evidence of residence, but not sure if UK citizens are ever required to send in anything)

Ok great.. thanks for the advice.
How long do they take to get sent out anyway? Is it a week or two?0 -
Think mine took a week or so. It wasn't long. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
