parking eye letter before county court claim

hello guys

Apologies for not using correct procedure, language or handsignals. Im not that great with computers. I have 2 letters before county court claims from parking eye, (if you didn't already know) And I'm just wondering what to do. They are dated Dec 7th, it seems i have missed the date of acknowledgement? i thought i had 28 days to reply so have been bit lax. But picking it up today, i can see I'm late. Ive been searching and searching - i won't mention that i spent 30 mins reading a thread only to realise it was from 2013....

help me out guys please

thank you

gavin

Now you have worked out what to do, you presumably have read or at least have found the NEWBIE section. This should tell you what happens and when. Read the walkthrough written by Bargepole. You say you have LBC's but do you have papers from the court? If so, what is the issue date?

A formal LBC should provide 30 days in which to respond and enclose with it a number of documents including one on which they ask for your financial position.

While the above tells you what should come with the LBC, it doesn't mean you should complete any of their paperwork.

A formal LBC itself must be responded to (but not the extra paperwork), but we're not clear precisely what it is you have in front of you. Can you give us a more detailed description please?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

hello. thanks for taking the time to reply, i understand you guys get people like me day in and day out. I have 2 letters before county court claim. Both contain about 5 pages. one of which includes financial info request. I do not intend to fill these in. I have registered with MCOL, then realised that i do not have to acknowledge a claim as i do not have a claim yet. I need to acknowledge receipt of these letters? sorry guys. I've read the newbie stuff. My brain is aching as i already wasted time reading threads from 2013 !!
