Driver unknowingly overstayed however paid for another ticket
Payment for both were over the phone so shows up on bank statement
How should I go about adding this information/bank statement screenshot to the initial appeal template?
Many thanks

Who is the parking company?
Whose car park?
It is unlikely that your 'evidence' will make any difference.
It is widely believed that the PPCs rarely bother to read appeals.
Just send the already written for you, one size fits all, blue text template appeal that you have found in post #1 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread.
Send it unchanged - no additions or alterations necessary.
Send it as the keeper.0 -
Parking company is CPM (IPC member)
I'm not sure whose car park it is, I'll have to ask the driver
The PCN doesn't mention if parking was paid for at all, just total duration the car was in the car park
I assume I would go into further detail and add my evidence at the POPLA stage but is it fine to use screenshots of the drivers bank statements etc at that point without having to give details of the driver?0 -
There's no POPLA appeal with an IPC Operator.
Send the initial appeal template from the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #1 (it's in blue text), then ignore anything else that comes your way except a LBC or MCOL Claim (acronyms explained in post #5 of the sticky). Come back on this thread if you receive either - whichever comes first.
I'm afraid there's no silver bullet (unless you can get the landowner to intervene), you're in the game now and you have to play by its rules to avoid a court judgment in default. Read the newbies sticky as that is the most comprehensive set of advice and instruction you will find anywhere. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
