Spotted this on the LCF website which may clarify things (or not) as a result of further FCA action

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL BONDHOLDERS AND BORROWERS
In the meantime, LCF is unfortunately unable to make any further loans to borrowers at present, or to make payments of principal or interest to bondholders.

You can check out two of the borrowers from LCF. One is independent oil and gas or IOG via London Oil and Gas. IOG is a small cap exploration company which is technically insolvent as liabilities exceed assets listed on AIM ticker IOG. The other again via London Oil and Gas is Atlantic Petroleum an listed on Nasdaq which is also technically insolvent.0
