Hi,
I'm just in process of buying new car insurance. The existing car insurance start date is 14 Jan 2018 and it expires at 14 Jan 2019. So what is correct date of the new car insurance: 14 or 15 Jan 2019? I don't want to have a gap in car insurance and I can't find an answer in google.

Are there any times quoted for the start and end? Unless you have anything clearly showing you are insured for up to 23.59 on the 14th then I would assume it expires before the end of the 14th. From that I would therefore assume you need to start the new policy from 14th January at midnight.Indecision is the key to flexibility0

From policy page:
General details
Start date of policy
14/01/2018
Expiry date
14/01/2019
So I will set the new policy start date to 14 January.
Thanks for confirmation0
