Can I win Bauer Radio comps if I don't live in the area?

I never know if I'm wasting my time entering, for example the competition today to win £10,000 across the Bauer Network.
I live in the South East - if I won would I be allowed to claim the prize?
I can't see anything in the t&c that says I can't enter....

Some are restricted to certain postcodes but this is usually stated in the competition and on the MSE post.
Today's comp is UK wide. Heat Radio and Planet Rock are national stations anyway.0 -
