Beware Greenstar Energy

I changed supplier from Greenstar at the end of October and despite paying a substantial direct debit they have billed me 3 separate bills totalling 260 pounds. They are impossible to deal with and as yet I am still waiting to hear back regarding my complaint. They initially said that they could see something wrong and would rectify it and then latterly sent 2 bills including a threat of debt recovery. I have never paid such high bills and the process of switching was extremely difficult. They are now saying that my usage was more than estimated but that is impossible. This turned out to be the most costly energy experience ever and I advise strongly to be careful. They also said I owed them a full quarter despite the direct debits coming off. I feel totally conned.
