Keep body and mind active but also do something for your community.

Dementia friends , my local hospital scheme means you commit to 4 hours a week to visit a sufferer and help with mealtime or just chat.

Volunteer at a hospice, normally things like making tea for patients , taking them their meals , Manning the front desk or helping in drop in sessions. If you have a skill like hairdresser , beauty or nail technician or massage etc then that is always something they are looking for.
