The Lavender Hill Mob was all about a bunch of crooks who were eventually banged up for THEFT

Back to the topic of the day .... BWLEGAL --- GLADSTONES --- SCS ---QDR (AKA WRIGHT HASSALL)

Ever wondered why there are only 4 dodgy legals operating ???

Well, it's because REAL solicitors are not stupid enough to get involved in a scam ........ REAL solicitors would never PIMP out their service for just £60 ?

BUT, the lot above do just that. Mind you, still amazed that Wright Hassall are still trying to ruin their name especially after a judge in court said .... he was disappointed in the claimant bringing an unfounded case, and in the behaviour of Wright Hassall who were otherwise a respectable law firm.

Wright Hassall is back with a new version called QDR ???

HAVE THE NEW LAVENDER MOB COMPLIED WITH THE LAW ???

The Administration of Justice Act
*** They're not allowed to continually phone you
*** if you ask to be contacted by email or post only then they must respect this request and can't get in touch through any other means
*** To stop unwanted phone calls, you should inform debt collectors that you only want to be contacted in writing (specifying whether by email or post).
*** Make sure you ask for written acknowledgement of your request and keep a record of all your correspondence with them just in case.

BWLegal are now famous for harassing people by phone. You do not have to accept this and if BWLegal ignore you, complain to the SRA quoting The Administration of Justice Act
https://www.sra.org.uk/consumers/problems.page

If the SRA take no notice then complain directly to The Rt Hon David Gauke MP, Chancellor and Secretary of State for Justice
https://www.parliament.uk/biographies/commons/david-gauke/1529

ALSO COMPLAIN TO THE ICO
You can report nuisance calls and spam texts to the ICO here
https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/nuisance-calls-and-messages/spam-texts-and-nuisance-calls/

From 17/12/18 directors responsible for illegal calls will be personally fined

THE BWLEGAL SCAM, NOW BEING COPIED BY OTHER ROGUES
The Administration of Justice Act 1970.
Section 40 of the act provides that a person commits an offence if, with the object of coercing another person to pay money claimed from the other as a debt due under contract,

Harasses the other with demands for payment which by their frequency, or the manner or occasion of their making, or any accompanying threat or publicity are calculated to subject him or his family or household to alarm, distress or humiliation;

Falsely represents an amount in relation to the money claimed
THE BWLEGAL FAKE £60 CLAIM

BWLEGAL ADD ON A FAKE £60 ?
In addition to the 'parking charge', the Claimant's legal representatives, BWLegal, have artificially inflated the value of the Claim by adding costs of £60 which has not actually been incurred by the Claimant, and which are artificially invented figures in an attempt to circumvent the Small Claims costs rules using double recovery. >>>> thanks to bargepole

All judges will be aware of The Administration of Justice Act 1970.
