I gave quite a long monologue and no solution. This is the first time I have heard of anyone else with a problem remotely like mine. He also recruits friends and follows me from room to room. It is unprovoked and deliberate so I have complete empathy with you.

The best advice I can give a s a fellow sufferer, is that the only way to combat this is by legislation. The problem is that in my opinion, these characters are quite unhinged and what I would describe as sociopaths with no remorse or empathy, so they wont stop. My best hope is that if enough people are suffering and report it to the auhthorities (and risk the riddicule they will face) eventually it may force the governmemt to legislate against these type of devices, or put pressure on local authorities to take more decisive action. I have written my MP and am considering lobbying parliament. Up until now I have only ever heard of one similar case which was reported on this forum, so if there are 3 of us, I pressume there must be more sufferers. I wish I could provide a solution, but I hope this helps when considering your options.

Did anyone ever get an outcome here? Found this really fascinating and the “vibrating every hour” really confusing

Why not just message the OP rather than resurrect a 2 year old thread.
