Hi,
I am new to this forum so take it easy!
Me and my partner are looking at applying for a mortgage for a property with a 10% deposit.
Part of the deposit is gift, other part from ourselves.
Our affordability calculators that we have done more than clear the value of the property going by our income/outgoings.
We had applied for an AIP a few months back but nationwide done a hard check and declined as my partner had a payday loan back in 2016 that she cleared the same month but as it is showing on her file is anyone aware of what lenders there are out there that are willing to give a mortgage with this on file? Other than the PDL on file our scores are both good and nothing else alarming on the file.
Thanks

Get a broker and show them your credit files from all 3 CRA's. They wil match you to a lender, good luck"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"
