Amex Nectar credit card help

Struggling to understand my new Amex Nectar card.
Activated my new card on the 15th Nov.
Started to use it so I could claim introductory offer of spend £2000 and get 20,000 Nectar points.
This I managed within the first two weeks (new kitchen) and to date, 42days later, I have accumulated just over 28,000 points on this credit card.
My question is this, so far only two transactions amounting to some 3,000 points have been transferred to my nectar card.
Can someone help me understand why this is as I would love to be able to use these points up.
Am I missing something?

Points are transferred once a month, so you need to wait for another month round.0

If you give them a quick call they will tell you the exact date when they are transferred every month on your account
