seen a few posts in last few months where people had sent former portman books/and/or instructions to bournemouth and had received either claims of not received or items lost in bournemouth, thought it might aid those who are making complaints if experiences were collated in one thread.

for starters, latest twist to my isa transfer out saga

is that nationwide bournemouth have now told Scottish BS, that the transfer out advice that Scottish BS sent to the former portman office in bristol was never received, this despite nationwide sending me a transfer out authority in favour of scottish BS.
