    Photogenic Debt-free and Proud!
My advice would be to use a budgeting tool such as You Need A Budget (YNAB). It does cost (less than £4 a month) but they do have a 30 day free trial. This tool/app single handedly was the reason I got rid of all my debt and managed to save and buy my own property and for the sake of the price of a coffee, it's a small price to pay.

More importantly to me was the peace of mind it gave me. Like you, my debt was at the forefront of my mind and I could not shift it. But, once I got my head around YNAB, I genuinely could start sleeping at night again. I knew where I was over spending, I knew where I could cut back and I knew that I was putting something toward the debt.

I feel like YNAB is all I talk about but that's only because of the positive impact it's had on me. I'd recommend at least trying the free trial.
