Can you contact your local Social services? They can provide help around the home and garden and other practical help. She needs a support worker
This is what she needs. She is ill and vulnerable
You do have my sympathy, it must be difficult...on the flip side... Imagine being inside her head though. It is harder for her
You are worried about getting not enough sleep. To her, the world doesn't make sense
People with such issues have such a distorted view of the world and that in itself is unbearable. The opposite of what you know...is also true0 -

Are they doing so at midnight? Does the tidying make a noise?
Most people don't mow their lawns in winter at all, let alone in the middle of the night.Member #14 of SKI-ers club

My neighbour is a difficult and unpleasant person possibly similar to the ops neighbour but that doesn't make what either has done vindictive or the result of a mental health problem. Some people are just idiots.0 -

As you have clearly already complained you have a legal duty to add this info to the sellers form if asked to do so. Even if you had not told anyone offical, please do not sell your home without telling the propsed buyer as thye may have a young family/etc and its not right to wanr other people re your bad neigbour.
ATB and I hope it is sorted soon
btw, are others not complaining especailly re the grass cutting at 12-30am0 -

This was put beautifully and i do get all of this...thank you. However, she is ALSO a selfish woman and i believe that she thinks her mental health issues are a passport to do exactly as she wishes without a thought for anybody else.
Dave, i do agree, whilst her behaviour is unacceptable, etc it falls very short of being serious in the eyes of her housing association as I can imagine they have far worse to deal with.....
I will try not to react to each inccident and log it and see where it all goes but at the end of the day I may have to move. who knows somebody might enjoy the challenge of a nightmare neighbour.0 -

I do mostly agree.....some people including my neighbour are just selfish and mindless and it also comes down to manners and they are obviously totally devoid of them.0 -
I'll also apologize for some of the selfish comments you've received. This forum has helpful people, but also attracts trolls for some reason.
You've already complained to the council I take it, so any further official complaints will not further effect the value of your property. Log everything, set up cameras and keep a noise diary. keep complaining. Get in touch with the council several times per week, ask them what they are doing about.
If you feel threatened, or feel she might be a threat to herself, call the police.0 -
If you can't get anywhere with the Council/HA, perhaps it might be worth contacting your local Councillor. They can often be extremely helpful.
Sadly, they can also be less than useless, as our local village councillor is at present. Too comfortable in her walled and gated country house, unaware of local issues going on around her.0
