Destinations in Asia

I really enjoy south east Asia and have been to all but a few countries in the region but only for two or three weeks at a time. I would concur with the votes for Vietnam. I’ve only been to the southern half of the country as yet and I’d suggest that visiting half of the country in a fortnight would be as much as you should plan to do in that timespan.
Thailand is another good option but as a single man I find the pretty much constant calls from girls working in bars to be somewhat tiresome. I should be able to simply ignore it but it does get on my nerves after a couple of days.
Another country that I keep banging on about is South Korea. Easy to get around and incredibly scenic. Similarities to Japan but with a character of its own and notably cheaper. It’s Far East rather than SE Asia but it’s well worth a visit.0
