about me
I'm 24 and moved out of my parents home and into a rented 1 bed house with my partner back in april 2017. He proposed to me in september 2017 and we are to get married in september 2019.
We aren't in any debt , i just paid him back for home items that we needed when we moved in (but didnt have the money at the time) .
My bills come to around £730.00 .
I don't pay the rent or our internet bill but i pay for everything else.
My husband to be earns a lot more and can put aeay £1,000 monthly but i'd like to help us out too.
Heres my journey to saving for our future

Hello apricity welcome to the thread. Sorry no one's been around yet, it's cos we have been busy with Christmas. Well done on deciding to join and saving too.
I am really chuffed that you have money in your Christmas fund as mine is v empty. lol.
Your bills sound like your biggest expense if you haven't already when you have sometime it might be worth swapping gas electric telephone etc using MSE's advice.
Also it might be worth seeing if you can switch your current bank account for one that pays you to join them.
I hope you have a good day today and again welcome to the thread! lol.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -
thanks for the welcome, we looked at bills and can't get any
cheaper but that amount is with £250 for food & £10
