Cleaning GRout in Shower Cubicle

Does anyone know how to clean the grout in a shower cubicle. We wipe the cubicle after every use but the grout has gone very dark and black in some places, the rest of the bathroom is perfect.

hello, I use cillit bang. I spray on, leave for 2 mins then scrub off. Stardrops also works depending on how bad the mould is.Auguast GC: £2000

I squirt neat bleach on, leave it overnight or during the day while I'm at work and then spray off with the shower head. Works a treat.MASSIVE THANKS TO ALL POSTERS!:happyhear0

There's a product called Barkeeper's Friend which is brilliant for cleaning grout, as well as coping with lots of cleaning jobs around the home. You can get it in good hardware stores. It costs around £3 for a tub that lasts for absolutely yonks. The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.0 -
dettol mould and mildew spray works a treat (contains a high level of bleach by the smell of it!) so using neat bleach in a spray bottle would probably do the same job and be much cheaper :money:Be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle. :A0

these cleaning methods do work but you should note that they all damage the cement content in the grout. once you have got it clean enough you could seal the grout. I use a sealer made by aquamix that i get from here
