The vehicle is registered to me yes. I have also just move house but that should be fine as i changed the address as soon as..

But did you change the V5c address or just your driving licence (and no the addresses aren't linked)?

What is the doc ref on the V5 as you have been asked, it is an 11 figure number followed by a date, the date is the important thing as that is when the keepers details were actually changed. Is that date later then the offence?

Indeed. What address is on the V5c? Your new one or old one?

The NIP goes to the address on the V5c.

What has this to do with parking on private land?
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

I change the address on both at the same time!

Ahhh ok, so the date on the V5 after the 11 digits is 02/11/18 and the date of the offence is 29/10/18 so looks like they would have issued the NIP to my old address possibly within 14 days?

I guess there is no way of me checking?

Checking will just waste time. Get your response in quickly and you will get a course instead of points.

Or if you would rather points then ask the people at your old address if you have had post.
