What is the doc ref on the V5 as you have been asked, it is an 11 figure number followed by a date, the date is the important thing as that is when the keepers details were actually changed. Is that date later then the offence?

Ahhh ok, so the date on the V5 after the 11 digits is 02/11/18 and the date of the offence is 29/10/18 so looks like they would have issued the NIP to my old address possibly within 14 days?
I guess there is no way of me checking?0 -

Checking will just waste time. Get your response in quickly and you will get a course instead of points.
Or if you would rather points then ask the people at your old address if you have had post.0
