credit Score Issue!

Hi all,
I have a very serious problem with my credit score which is affecting me and my credit score agency (Equifax) is not helping me.

I have a twin brother with the same BOD, Address and same first name with a different middle name. I can see all his credits and details in my credit score account. I have mentioned this to Equifax couple of time but they what our birth certificate but unfortunately, they do not accept the middle east certificate.

Any suggestion?

    Send them a copy of both passports

    Are your birth certificates in English? You may need to provide translations.

    Credit report, not credit score.

    If they refuse to update with the documents you have provided then raise a complaint

    I have sent them but they say they require birth certificate! Our birth certificate is from the Middle East but they do not accept that.
