I have a property which will be rented. It's empty and using no electricity. Who is best in this situation - I can't seem to find a search tool tailored for this case?

Thanks.

Jump on a tariff that doesn't charge a standing charge - the unit rate will be higher but that's the way it is. You can select this as a filter option on the Energy Club.

Ebico is generally a good choice as they offer a tariff with no standing charge, though I found their customer service particularly poor.

You can use any comparison site, just set your annual usage to zero or as low a value as the site will accept.
