I just wanted to post here to thank you all for the information you’ve provided, particularly the blue template for the appeals process.
I submitted the template on Friday 21st December, without any changes or additions, in respect of a £100 PCN from CP Plus, and began preparing my POPLA appeal defences.
Received the following email this morning:
Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you for your correspondence relating to your Parking Charge Notice (PCN).
Further to your representations, we have investigated your claims and can confirm that your Notice has subsequently been cancelled in full and no further action will be taken.
Yours faithfully,
CP PLUS LIMITED
Merry Christmas to one and all!

Congratulations, a rare thing. Make sure you keep a copy of the cancellation for a least 6 years.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0
