First Direct 5% or Tesco 3%?

Hi. I’ve recently opened both of these currents accounts. I’m aware that FD is 5%, however the amount of money you can put in each month is limited (£25-£300 with no withdrawals), whereas Tesco has more requirements but can put in any amount up to £3k,and withdraw anytime. Which one would be the most effective to use? Or those of you who have both, how do you use yours? I’ve also got the TSB Classic Plus current account, 5% at £1500, which I have filled.
