Maybe someone should ask the scummy muppets how issuing a charge after an alleged infringement makes for a safer environment!
If they were truly managing the parking for safety reasons they should have people on foot advising of the health and safety effects of their actions.

It's not the NHS to blame for this mess but Government ministers who approved PFI deals. Parking at all hospitals in Scotland is free for both staff & patients except at Glasgow Royal, the Edinburgh Royal Infirmary and Ninewells in Dundee all of which were built under PFI contracts.This is the time for Nicola Sturgeon to put her money where her mouth is and prove just how powerful the SNP are ???

Most all PFI deals are spectacularly bad value for money putting the nation in hock to private companies for decades to come.0
