hi, a couple of questions.
I understand how to write my/ the defendant witness statement i think from looking at the examples from the sticky post.
Is there any difference when writing a witness statement from other persons like the homeowner of where you parked or another person who parked his car at the same time and date?
Also can they be written as a couple ie mr and mrs or should it be two seperate statements?

That's now three threads you have started on this saga.
Please copy your above post onto your existing thread and then edit your post above to replace the xt with something like:
Duplicate thread - please ignore.

Unless the forum is kept tidy, using long-standing forum etiquette, it becomes one unsustainable thread-fest, with posters breaking out of their original thread to start new ones every time they have a random question. Even with most posters following protocol, it surely can't have passed you by just how busy the place is.
On the best of days there are rarely more than half a dozen regular advisors providing in-depth advice in any 24 hour period, and usually dealing with between 80 - 100 threads a day. And over the next couple of weeks there will be even fewer regulars spending much time here, but PCNs from a couple of weeks ago will just now be landing through letterboxes and the new thread count will continue unabated.
Frustrated jibes at regulars (who can really help people) tends to see them disappear completely from that thread. One down .....
It's just how it is.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
