93,000 steps since NYD0

I’ve walked 21 miles so far this year so I’m on track to hit my target. Just need to keep the motivation up when I’m back at work though0

No walking on nyd, then 3, and 3 days of 5 miles, so 18 so far.Spend less now, work less later.0

I'm on 24km - ok for the first week but half of what I'd have liked.0

Just 29 miles for me for the 1st week. Had to pull out of a couple of runs due to blisters. Then raced 2 xc events this weekend and blisters are still as bad as before!
Hopefully get this sorted soon and start some decent training miles.“Time is intended to be spent, not saved” - Alfred Wainwright0 -
100 mile January challenge – 6 days 20.1 miles so far don’t feel like I have pushed myself, yet.0

43.30 miles for my first week of 2019 :j
I am happy with that. Ive kind of got myself a dog walking job.
My own dog (chocolate lab) is 13 years old and sadly only able to walk verrry slooowly to the corner and back. I really miss the long walks we used to go on so when one of our neighbours, on splitting with his partner, was worried about his 2 year old black lab being stuck at home all day, I offered my services.
Cant take him every day as work gets in the way but Ive taken him 3 days and really enjoyed it. He is so strong though compared to my old boy!! Really pulls on his harness and Im trying to get him out of this habit. Will take time but helps me get a few more steps in.Make £10 a Day Feb .....£75.... As of tonight I'm up to 17.4 miles. Not on target (1000 miles) but not hugely below it either. I'm quite pleased with that though as what the mileage doesn't show is my health at the moment. I'm in quite a lot of pain and also not doing too great mentally (partly due to the pain but mostly due to a brain that doesn't produce enough happy hormones!) Hadn't left the house all day until 9pm when I forced myself out for a walk. I am, however WELL on track for the run 25 miles in January challenge I signed up for (done 9.4 miles running so far, if plodding along being lapped by snails counts!!) So, on balance, I'm going to award myself award pat on the back for effort!MFW2023 challenge #99: £1090.11 / £1,000 MFiT-T6 (Jan 2022 - Jan 2025) challenge #99: Reduce mortgage to £400,000. 23 miles in the bag for last week (-5.85 of this weekly average target)
A little behind already, but thats ok as I was the same in 2017 and I caught up over summer with better weather and longer mornings/evenings.
No weight loss this week - not suprised as a binge ate over the weekend! Was massivly hungery and found it difficult to resist!

my fitbit arrives today, quote excited!
i went spinning again last night, i love it. the hardest part is actually getting there. I am saddle sore today as haven’t been since just before Christmas but I feel like I have done something so that’s the main thing0
