British Gas not honouring free boiler & controls cover

Having seen on MSE the offer to switch to British Gas and get the free £30 boiler and controls cover with their cheap tariff, i did so in November.
However, BG are not honouring it. They’ve not sent me the policy details or the my homecare number. I have called them and they just keep telling me “I don’t have it” and i have to pay.
If i go through the email comms from them and in my tariff details on my account it states it is there.
What can i do?

Yes, shows policy number and renewal date on the home page0
