Having a fab evening clearing out of cupboards and drawers and found 7 little beauties amongst some other shrapnel so have added them to my pot. Now up to £96 - happy bunny!

Claremylove - wow, that is a great find. Yes, it is a great way to increase the odds for receiving a £2 coin.

Hubby came home with four plain £2 coins today. Yay! They are now all snuggly in my pot.

Whatshername -they can be elusive. I’ve moved to a cash system which has helped me (and my budgeting) to get hold of some. Telling others around you also helps as they will collect them for you. Good luck with finding more

That's helped me gain some £2 coins this week Claremylove! :T I have paid for small amounts of shopping with notes to get coins in my change so i've potted 2 more this week. Deni x

Went to the post office and bought ten second class stamps. They asked if I wanted a book of twelve. I said "no thank you, ten stamps and two £2 coins please". I then handed over a £10 note and received my stamps and two lovely £2 coins. Hee, hee, hee, another plan comes together.
Both plain.
If I was a regular I would have asked them to go through their stack to see if there were any picture ones.

I just got 2 in local corner shop. Just bagged up my second £20 bag. So current total this year is £42 - whoop whoop

At last, a £2 coin in my change. It shows St. Paul's Cathedral (1945 - 2005). Total this year so far = £12.
