Hi everyone
I have received a claim form from CC business centre in Northampton for a PCN. I have read the newbie thread, I just wanted some advice on if I should fill in the form or if I should send them a letter of my defence.

send them a letter of defence ? - NO
read the newbies thread again , especially post #2 , and follow the advice in there
in brief
create a government gateway account in the name of the defendant
do the AOS online using the MCOL ref, by following the walkthrough post
then post the DATE OF ISSUE below, plus the POC , plus the total claimed and the breakdown of charges, also post the name of the PPC (the claimant company)
no personal info to be posted, so no ref , no names , no VRM details , no identifiers
then start to draft your defence, start by reading the ones by member BARGEPOLE , post your proposed DRAFT DEFENCE below0
