Tried this. Keep getting 'this is not applicable to the items in the basket'. Tried it with many different items - not just DSLR's.

Have just looked at the terms and conditions (for VOUCHERCODESUK). It excludes pretty much everything.

I have also tried using the latest codes of AUTUMN10/20/30/40/50 (dependent on amount spent). This also brings up the message:

AUTUMN50 - £50 discount when spending over £1000* (excludes all Digital SLRs & Lenses, see terms and conditions)
This voucher is not applicable for any of the products listed in your basket.

When I tried to check the terms and conditions to check why it had been refused I was not able to access them. I am still waiting for an answer from Jessops a day after I emailed my query.

I have managed to find out the terms and conditions for the Jessops voucher codes and they are:

1. ? Exclusive online discount prices, voucher promotions, web codes are only valid on Jessops.com and will not be matched in any store but may be used on orders placed online and collected at store. 2. Vouchers can't be used in conjunction with any other offer or voucher. 3. *Excludes all exclusive online discounts, gift vouchers, extended warranties, all DSLRs and all lenses, compact system cameras, Canon SX200 IS, Canon PowerShot SX30 IS, Canon PowerShot SX210, Nikon Speedlight SB-900/SB600 and Canon Speedlight 430EX MKII/580EX MKII. 4. Jessops reserves the right to refuse to honour discounts that have not been issued by an authorised agent of Jessops. 5. We have the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.

So according to point 3. their voucher codes exclude pretty much everything. However Jessops prices are still a good deal compared to others and they are genuine UK products. Just don't expect to be able to use their voucher codes.
