Hi everyone,
Following the threads on this site I have sucessfully appealed against my banding and it has been reduced from F to E. It has also been backdated for ten years when I first bought the house from new. Total sum I am getting back is £2468!!! so thanks Martin for this site. On the same subject, does anybody (that includes you Martin) know if I am able to claim interest on this money? I was under the impression that government deparments do add interest and wondered if that also applied to local authorities.
Thanks all.:j
