Countrywide Parking Management harrassing me

Hi All,
I have two points i require help with
I moved into a block of flats in July 2018 with a carpark managed by these clowns. Our dedicated parking space is one of about 10 that is exceptionally long and therefore allows two vehicles to park in back to back. This was advertised to us by the lettings agent before we moved in.
Shortly after we moved in, we received our first ticket. This was appealed and ignored by CPM and IAS. Since then we have had about 4 other tickets in a very short period of time which have all been appealed for the same reason. Their reason for ticketing is that the vehicle is double parked. I have a letter from CPM that was sent to all residents stating double parking is acceptable providing it does not over hang the change of surface. Our second vehicle does overhang by about 10cm but causes no obstruction to any other users. The fact that their charge purely says that the vehicle is double parked is obviously against their own ruling. My second point here is that if they are going to start ticketing for overhanging the change of surface, surely they should be doing so for all other vehicles (nearly all) that are in the single spaces that also overhang but they don't? It seems that they are purposely targeting us and i want to put a stop to this. any suggestions?
My second point is i received another ticket today again for being double parked. I have attempted to log an appeal on their website however it is returning an error message. Their only other option is sending a letter however the IPC COP states You must not require payment of a charge whilst an appeal is being considered. They specifically say that they will not accept an appeal via email so this is now not allowing any way to appeal. Where would i stand on this?

I reckon send them one letter with a copy of their own policy allowing people to double park, and telling them hat if they think they have a claim, they need to amalgamate the events and file one claim and stop harassing you.
I would also either move house to get away, or lobby the Managing Agent to kick out UKCPM (I assume it's them).
I recall you used to have PCM there, ages back, or is it another site?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

what does your lease / agrement say about parking? Does it allow these clowns permission to harass you in this way?
If not tel the MA to FRO, withdraw your bay from the scheme, and warn them they WILL be sued if they faoli to control their contractors harassment and interference with your right to peaceful enjoyment. They have ONE chance to do this, no protracted discussions willl be entered into, etc. Provide a copy of yorur agreement that backs up your posiiton.0
