Help with buying a new build

We are buying a new build house and due to exchange after Xmas. Today our solicitor sent through the plans etc.
The plans show what appear to be sheds in the gardens and a patio area.
I know the patio will be put in place but would the shed/outbuilding be included? I have never been told it would be but does appear on every plot but not sure if it’s for decoration?
The site closed for xmas, today I think so can’t find out from the builders direct until after xmas.
It also shows on the plans the show home as turfed but the others blank. I was under the impression all the site would be turfed front and back as there is no extras list with this developer and they include everything such as outdoor lighting, carpets etc. And the outdoor lighting has already been installed but it’s not at a stage where anything else would have been done yet.
Any help would be appreciated. FTB and clueless about buying a house.

Has it got a carport or no garage.
When we looked a couple of years back every new build with a carport had a shed provided. I believe it was for secure bicycle storage as this was a requirement to get more environmental "points" in the planning application.0 -
Yes it has a garage and driveway. It’s a small rectangular building at the end of the garden on every plot.0

Check out some other developments for the same builder, they usually have a standard. Ours had lawns but no lights, and half a patio and then stones :-(
To the dismay of my OH I told our solicitor I had reconsidered and pulled out a few days before , they called my bluff at first, but then came back with sweeteners including, cash for removals, replacing the stones for the other half of the patio and providing keys to the garage for storing large furniture before completion. The greatest prediction of your future is your daily actions.0 -

My new build plan has a bike box in the garden but the sales woman doesn’t think they’ll actually be put in. She looked surprised when I asked what it was and said that it was a bike box put on the plans to make the houses look environmental, but none of the finishes houses have them0 -
I think the box on the plans could be the bin storage area. Ours had one at side of garage and it's were the designer thinks you'll keep it.Finally Debt Free 24/4/20230

The plans are almost certainly just to show the boundaries, I wouldn't rely on any pretty pictures they've drawn. Read your contract and hopefully that specifies what you're actually getting in the way of turf, shed, etc.0
