Rac complaints

Any one experienced bad service with rac what the best way to complian, basically brokedown paid recovery fkr car to be brought back to home as garage was not available paid them £89 as was told was broken down when got membership fine paid it on a week day as garage was open called them requesting it to be brought to garage many hours later someone turns up after 4 hrs the guy didnt know how to tow the car and was not trained to do so he told me i cant do anything pointless waste of time sending a patrol that cant assist. Another day requsted it again and to make sure they can tow to there rac approved garage that fine got it there result were bad and cannot be repaired so called rac to recover from garage back to home they said fine after 2 hr later they call and say they wont recover it as it alreadt brought to garage for repair if want it recovered i gotta pay £89 again, point is car is still broken down garage cant repair and they refuse unless i pay and take it up with customer care ,
I have no option but to pay again any advice btw its been 3hrs already and still nobody has come to assist

Have you read the terms and conditions?
I would expect the RAC to recover the car to the place of your choosing. Which they did.
What happens after that is your responsibility. Your cover does not include repeated towing of the car to alternative places.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

Yes but to a place that can rectify the problem and it was recovered at a cost not a breakdown recovery for free

Is this additional call out for the car that needs a new engine?

Unless I've misread your OP, which isn't the easiest to understand, you took your membership out after your car had broken down and you'd paid to have it towed home. They don't cover pre-existing faults so you're lucky you got it taken from home to the garage in the first place.
Sorry, but I think it's you that's being unreasonable not the RAC.

But, from your post, it sounds like you requested where the car was taken. The RAC are not to blame if they removed it to the garage of you choice.

Ohh, is this the Renault Laguna?

You need to break up your posts into multiple sentances.
I find it very hard to understand.
