Switchmaster 600 (old)

Hi,

Downstairs in the living room we have a very old Switchmaster 600 for heating and water wiht 6 buttons on the right, and the dial on the left.

For a while now it has made a loud noise like the dial is trying to turn but can't...Anyway, I'd like to upgrade to something more reliable and modern but not havin to do any rewiring.

Any suggested units and is it a case of literally find the srews, poping it off and putting the new unit on...obviously turn off the mains box first.
