    TPS doesn't/can't stop calls from overseas, even the ones that come through with what looks like a UK number. That's when a lesson in basic Anglo Saxon comes into play.

    But the problem here, is, it's being presented to the hoi polloi as if it will, and thus any call they do subsequently get will be entirely, 100%, legitimate, honest guv...
