Car Sharing
Hi
I commute 60 miles a day and ideally would like to find somebody who would be willing to do a car share i.e they drive one week I drive another in a bid to cut my petrol and maintenance costs which are :eek: !!
Does anyone know if there are any schemes set up in order for me to achieve this? I know this might be a bit of a long shot but it would be a huge money saver if I could do this!!

There are at least two schemes out there.Liftshare is one and google for the other.

It worked well for me when commuting 60 miles a day, but now I'm nearer to work, there's no-one else locally with same times as me.Money saving:
Buy a Skoda. Laugh at the VWs who paid several grand more
Its a diesel. 50mpg - laugh at all the petrols
Its a tuned 260bhp diesel - laugh at them in the rearview mirror as they vanish
