I doubt any free vpns will work directly on your firestick for any great length of time. Of the paid ones, you might be lucky to find a few that work. Encryption uses some cpu power to encrypt and decrypt, coupled with 4k video compression, could be a lot of work for a cpu with limited ability, but I am sure some companies have an answer

I highly recommend throwing your FS directly into an open flame and invest in any other atv device! You won't regret it.. that said, Cyberghost would be my suggestion! as its relatively lightweight your device is highly 'anti feature rich'
Furthermore, I'm not 100% sure that an Amazon device will comply with a user requests to create then trust a 3rd party cert with control over network conectivity.

I mean.. after all, you are attempting to protect your personal privacy! Amazon is intolerable to any and all privacy.
I think its their polocy or slogan or something! maybe?.. but is definitely a routine practice to strive to invade your privacy.
