Welcome to the new Parking Ticket Appeals website.

Parking Ticket Appeals has a long and proud history of supporting motorists against the Private Parking Industry. As a result, we are pleased to announce that, following the Beavis appeal, we have now re-launched our service in conjunction with another Private Appeals firm. You will be transferred to their website shortly.

We deal with appeals for every parking company in the country, including BPA and IPC members, non-aligned companies and debt collectors.

For just £19 we can appeal your ticket, and we guarantee to get it cancelled, or we will cheerfully refund your fee*. We have an unrivalled success rate at POPLA, and can support you from the moment you take a ticket off your windscreen all the way to the courtroom door.

Please note that this site is not associated with Parking Ticket Appeals Ltd, or Parking Ticket Appeals Service Ltd, both of 92 Carrwood Road, Sheffield, S21 3TF, nor with Appeal Parking Tickets Ltd of 83 Ducie Street, Manchester, M1 2JQ (The former PTAS Businesses)

The new owner of Parking Ticket Appeals has only acquired the Intellectual Property of the former PTAS businesses, and is not liable for the service provided by the previous owners. While we will do our best to assist in any way we can, we are a separate company and do not have access to your files or previous correspondence.

Sounds just like the scam callers who do a runner when the FCA fines them £500,000

  • The website appears to be working again. My husband did some research and he found some very disturbing information. Made my stomach churn.

Interesting site, What I don't understand is looking at the link to debt collectors, there is a charge of £25 with a guarantee that no debt collector will take you court ???

I mean, every day we tell people for free to ignore powerless debt collectors and they cannot take you to court because a parking charge is not their debt to do so ..... I guess we can guarantee the same for FREE ?
  • For a low charge of £25.00 we will deal directly with the debt collectors and stop the worry or having bailiffs or debt collectors visiting your home. Take advantage and let us take control today. If we take on a case on that has gone to a debt recovery firm we guarantee that the debt collection company will not take you to court.

we guarantee that the debt collection company will not take you to court.

Anyway, I suggest you read the sticky thread for NEWBIES then appeal the PCN using the blue template you will find there.
This service is provided free by volunteers.

Treat the other "thing" as you wish and make a charge back through your bank if you think it is appropriate to do so.

People are being vague on this site because there may or may not have been threats and legal action taken against people who have left negative feedback about paid for appeals services.
I married my cousin. I had to...
    I don't have a sister. :D
