Aa interest free credit card balance transfer 2016

Hello,
I took this out after seeing on MSE in 2016...bank is now trying to charge me interest....stupidly i have destroyed documentation....can anyone recall how long the free interest period was for????

It depends on the product you took out.

At least 23 months have now passed possibly up to 35 months depending on which month in 2016 you took the card out. It is quite reasonable that the 0% period should now be up.
How can you expect anybody to answer your question without knowing which card you have?0
